Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL)

The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) is a transformational leadership development program offered by the Bible Students’ Fellowship of Bangladesh (BSFB) in partnership with Development Associates International (DAI) and a recognized local university. Designed specifically for Christian leaders serving in Majority World contexts, the program equips participants with biblical principles, practical leadership skills, and academic excellence to lead organizations, churches, and ministries with integrity and effectiveness.

The MAOL combines theological reflection, leadership theory, and real-world application to prepare leaders who are committed to serving Christ and making a lasting impact in their communities. Our Vision

The MAOL program seeks to develop Christ-centered servant leaders who are equipped to influence their organizations, churches, and communities for the glory of God. Following the example of Jesus Christ, participants are encouraged to lead with humility, integrity, compassion, and a heart for serving others.

Rather than pursuing leadership for status or authority, students learn to embrace servant leadership, build healthy teams, manage change effectively, and promote biblical values in every area of life and ministry.

Program Highlights

The MAOL program offers a rich and interactive learning experience that includes:

  • A three-year, part-time academic program designed for working professionals and ministry leaders.
  • Biblically integrated leadership education that combines faith with practical leadership principles.
  • Courses focused on organizational leadership, strategic planning, communication, team development, ethics, and change management.
  • Opportunities for personal character formation, spiritual growth, and leadership development.
  • Practical assignments that enable students to apply their learning directly within their ministries, churches, workplaces, and communities.

A Global Partnership

The MAOL curriculum is developed by Development Associates International (DAI), an international organization dedicated to developing Christian leaders around the world. Through its partnership model, DAI provides the curriculum, learning resources, and faculty development, while accredited local universities oversee the academic program and award the Master of Arts degree.

This partnership ensures that students receive internationally respected leadership training while earning an affordable, locally recognized academic qualification that strengthens their credibility and effectiveness in ministry and professional settings.

Lasting Impact

The MAOL program has equipped Christian leaders across the world to lead with wisdom, biblical conviction, and professional excellence. Through BSFB, ministry leaders in Bangladesh are being prepared to strengthen churches, develop organizations, disciple future leaders, and serve their communities with greater vision and effectiveness.

By investing in the next generation of servant leaders, BSFB is helping to build healthier ministries, stronger organizations, and Christ-centered leadership that brings lasting transformation throughout Bangladesh.
